So, I’m trying different Tonic Water to see which is really my favorite.
The one I’m using right now is very bitter. I’m talking mouthful of aspirin with a vinegar chaser.
But, as I’m using Aviation Gin (my new fave) I’m not about to waste it.
So:
Q: How do you save a bad Gin & Tonic?
A: More lime!!
As long as you’re using sweet limes like Bearse or Key, just add a healthy squeeze and you’re set!
If not, add a splash of 7-Up or Sprite.
Other solutions include: Lillet Blanc and Rose’s Lime. Just be careful… Add too much and you’ll make a Rickey.

Happy Friday!
